How can you start a chat in WhatsApp without saving the phone number ?

I. By Sending Message to yourself

With this method, you may message any phone number by using your own chat window with yourself.

1. Open WhatsApp and choose the send message button located in the bottom right corner.
2. Choose yourself in contact list.
3. Type the number you want and then send it.
4. Click on the number and then choose to chat with that number.

II. Sending Phone Number in a Group/ Individual Chat

This approach uses the same steps as the preceding method, except you may send the number to an individual or in a group. (We only advise using this approach if you feel secure sending the number to anyone or in a group.)

1. Open a Group/ an Individual Chat.
2. Type the number and send it.
3. Tap on the number and the select the chat option.

III. Through a Browser

This approach is a little challenging. Don’t worry, though; we’ll help you through it. Carefully follow the instructions below.

1. Open any browser. (Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc.)
2. In the address bar type https://wa.me/+91********** and click search. (Here “*” indicates the phone number.)
3. Then in next screen select the option showing “Continue to Chat”.
4. After clicking that option it’ll automatically redirect you to WhatsApp.
5. You can now send message.

IV. Using True Caller App

If you have True Caller, you may also send messages to phone numbers without adding them to your contact list. Follow the instructions below to know how to do this.

1. Open your True Caller App.
2. Search the Number through Dial Pad.
3. Click on the result showing the number.
4. Now, if the number is present in WhatsApp, then it’ll show a WhatsApp option.
5. Click on it, and then you can send messages in WhatsApp.

Any of the aforementioned methods can be used to send a message to an unsaved contact number.
